"Had my furnace stop working and Taylor came out and fixed it the day after i called him. I live in a 3 year old house and he also adjusted all my vents to equalize the heat in rooms something the original installer should of done. Very friendly service and a very fair bill on completion. Thanks again Taylor and crew."

"I woke up on December 24th to a rather chilly home. My boiler had decided to pack it in on Christmas Eve... I called a former neighbour Nick who is a plumber and he recommended Taylor. Left a message with Taylor and he called back a few hours later. He apologized profusely that he needed to spend Christmas and Boxing Day with his family and children. But that he would be over on the 27th. He arrived morning of the 27th and looked at my boiler. Of course because of the Holidays the wholesalers were closed until Wednesday but he came back and worked all day. He kept on finding parts that were not working so went back and forth to purchase the part. He got my boiler working after two days. He charged less per hour and per parts and saved me hundreds of dollars. I cannot recommend him enough.Taylor also rewired some previous badly done jobs and labeled everything. Call him! Brent "

"Our family had started the A/C process back in January with another company with an install date of March. After the install date was given, we were completely ghosted. My husband Stephen had found some advertisement that was left at our home and reached out to Taylor. Best decision we ever made. He arrived shortly after contacting him, said he would give us a quote within 48 hours and received that quote later that evening. The equipment was ordered. He and his co-worker arrived on the promised install date and provided the service we expected. TTR's pricing was great, they were reliable, professional, explained the system and most of all they were local to our community in Hatzic as we prefer to keep our money local. It is now July and in the middle of a heatwave and the A/C has been a game changer for our family. We cannot thank TTR enough, highly recommended."
